• All services require a pre-paid deposit at the time of booking. No-shows or cancellation under 24 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit. All reservations must by approved by our team.

• Our top priority is ensuring a balanced and safe environment for your pup. Unlike other daycare providers, we maintain a strict capacity limit of 35 dogs per day, divided between our two runs for large and small dogs. This limit is based on factors like dog-to-handler ratios and the size of our facility.
